Interface IPlaybackEventsHandlerAsync

interface IPlaybackEventsHandlerAsync
Extends com.amazon.apmf.IStandard Interface that content provider applications implement to handle commands from Amazon’s content personalization service to fetch playback event data.

Methods

getPlaybackEventsSince()

void getPlaybackEventsSince(com.amazon.apmf.RealTimeInstant sinceTimestamp, IPlaybackEventsProvider* playbackEventsProvider)
Handles the GetPlaybackEventsSince command. GetPlaybackEventsSince commands requests that all playback exit events that have occured since a given time be sent in response. Implementation of this API can use the IPlaybackEventsProvider.addPlaybackEventChunk(...) method to provide playback event data in chunks. When IPlaybackEventsProvider.commit() is invoked all of the provided playback event data will be committed to Amazon’s content personalization cloud service.

Parameters

sinceTimestamp
com.amazon.apmf.RealTimeInstant — Required The date, in time since epoch, at which the set of desired playback events begin.
playbackEventsProvider
IPlaybackEventsProvider* — Required IPlaybackEventsProvider object to send responses with.
