Interfaces

• Recommendation — A recommendation that is shown to user on the device home screen. Make sure that the strings displayed to the user are concise. The UI only supports UTF-8 encoded short strings. A size limit of 512KB (excluding the contentImage object) is enforced for each recommendation object.
• Recommendation2 — Represents a recommendation displayed on the device home screen. Supports content images fetched from a URI, or included inline as a byte array.
• IRecommendationManager — The RecommendationManager API allows you you to add and remove recommendations.
• IRecommendationManager2 — API for adding and removing Recommendation2 objects on device.

Enumerations

• Category — Category a recommendation should go to
• DisplayAction — Defines values for the first context menu option displayed for a recommendation. Actions associated with <Action>_APP_DISPLAY_NAME are displayed as: “<Action> with <displayName>”, where <displayName> corresponds to the displayName attribute within the Recommendation object.
