Differences from Live App Testing
DevTest for IAP is not the same as , which is also offered by the Amazon Appstore. Although both features allow you to test in-app purchasing in your app, there are differences. DevTest for IAP allows the following:- Local testing of in-app purchases with Appstore production services
- Submitting or distributing binaries to testers
- Publishing metadata for the app
- Testing locally configured in-app purchases that aren’t live in the Developer Console

Detailed description
- Register your app for DevTest for IAP using a certificate.
- On the Manage Testers page, add yourself or other developers and testers to grant them access to DevTest for IAP.
- Make code changes and build the VPKG file.
- Test the IAP flow on a device.
